A small bowl of salad serves up to 6-8 – £12.50
A large bowl or platter serves up to 12-14 – £20

• Waldorf Salad
  Celery, grapes, walnut, apple, in mayonnaise on a bed of lettuce

• Greek Salad
  Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, green peppers, feta cheese. black olives and herbs

• Caribbean Salad
  White cabbage, sultanas, pineapple, apple, nuts, and mandarin orange in mayonnaise with a sprinkle of coconut.

• Sunshine Salad
  Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, yellow peppers, sweetcorn, hard boiled free range egg wedges and a sprinkle cheddar cheese.

• Rice and Vegetable Salad
  Rice with peas, sweetcorn, peppers and red onion.

• Pasta Salad
  Either Italian Style or with Tuna
